Harv Anand, the founder of Anand Law Group, P.C., is a highly accomplished former federal prosecutor and trial attorney. Mr. Anand has approximately 19 years of legal experience, including approximately 10 years of experience as a federal and state prosecutor. He served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Major Frauds Section of the United States Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Anand’s extensive experience includes conducting more than 15 jury trials and prosecuting complex federal criminal cases from investigation through appeal.

Mr. Anand also is a former Certified Public Accountant. He is particularly skilled in using his combined legal and accounting experience to handle all types of cases that involve financial or accounting issues, including financial frauds, tax evasion, mortgage fraud, Ponzi schemes, and embezzlement matters.
